Flea Market & Pancake Breakfast
ImageIt's that time again. Our semi-annual Flea Market and all you can eat Pancake breakfast is here again! Last year we had a wonderful turn out and we shocked some Chileans with the all you can eat concept. Mark your calendar and get ready to join us again. Saturday March 19th from 9:00 - 1:00pm at Escuela Fronteras - (directions)

Now that the kids are going back to school, it's time to pull out the fall clothing and put together some things that you don't need anymore or come and search the treasures to find that well priced gem you just can't live without.

If you have things to sell or you want to promote your local business, you can rent a table for only 5,000 pesos or share a table with someone for 3,000 pesos. It's time to clean out the storage, find a good bargain or get the word out to our community of local Expats!

Do you think that there are no free refills in Chile? Well we're blowing away that myth! Enjoy all you can eat pancakes, coffee, tea and juice for only $2,000 pesos per person. Children 10 and under are only mil pesos.

We are expecting a good crowd so show up even if its for mere curiosity. Remember this is a good opportunity to make some extra money and meet all of our interesting people or just to get involved with our communities of Expats, Escuela Fronteras and Language exchange groups!

Table space is limited so reserve your space today by contacting us at: Esta dirección de correo electrónico está protegida contra los robots de spam, necesitas tener Javascript activado para poder verla or by phone at: 02 918-9950. You may also confirm through our Facebook Group Event.

Escuela Fronteras Students Make History
Students from Escuela Fronteras have made history through their Chilean History and Culture program with a trip to live with a local Mapuche clan in Merilonko. The program is designed to not only understand the culture of Chile but to live it as well.

This year it included an invaluable experience to get to know a people group by living their life, eating their food and speaking with them on a meaningful level. This was not a touristic trip to see a show, but an immersion weekend into the real lives of this important culture.

Escuela Fronteras' students were the first group of foreigners to make this important visit and it cause a small media stir with Chile's nationally heard radio & TV stations as well as the local newspaper. Read what the local Chilean media had to say about the trip.
