Extracurricular Activities PDF Print E-mail

ImageWe offer two types of activities: Extra-curricular activities and weekend trips.
Our extra-curricular activities focus on helping our students learn and practice Spanish in a more informal and fun way.  They are part of the program we offer and complete the process by giving the students an opportunity to practice the language learned in class in real situations. All activities are organized by our coordinator with the help of the academic department and are an affordable addition to our students’ schedule. The most popular activities we offer in the school are: dancing and cooking class, city tours, historical tours, conversation club, movies, dinners, visits to political sites, etc.

The weekend trips we offer enable our students to explore all the wonderful areas outside of the city. They are organized by experienced travel companies and are guided by a member of our staff to make sure students are provided with the best service and are able to take full advantage of the opportunity. Our students prefer the following weekend activities the most: Trekking, Horse riding, Rafting, visits to vineyards, trips to the beach and interesting cities near Santiago, skiing, etc.

Because we know that students want flexibility with their schedules, we organize two full-weekend trips and two one-day excursions per month. The calendar is readily available for the following month and can be downloaded here:

Testimonials

Birgit Jaschke Germany
During my four week in Santiago de Chile I had a fantastic time. I fell in love with the country and its residents and in the end I extended my stay for another month. My teachers were very really professional and absolutely patient with their students. I can definitely recommend everybody to come and visit Chile!
